Nathan and GreenFlow are the GOAT. We were renovating our home and I met with countless HVAC installers. Only Nathan was genuinely excited to creatively problem solve for the challenges our house presented. We didn't get some cookie cutter system. He worked with me and our HVAC designer to put together a super efficient, custom system (heat pump, air handler, full ductwork, and HRV+ductwork) that was exquisitely installed in our cramped attic. Our inspector said it was one of the nicest residential installs he had seen. Which makes sense... Nathan comes from the world of commercial HVAC which has much higher standards than residential. All of this to say that his work is top notch, his pricing is fair, and probably most importantly, he really cares about getting it right. Five stars from Olympia!

We had a great experience with Greenflow HVAC. They replaced our furnace and our air conditioning unit. The job was done in a timely manner, they kept us informed, and left the place spotless. Both units work great. We are very pleased all around. Prices are reasonable as well! I would recommend them to anyone.

Beyond satisfied, period! I got multiple quotes from other companies and had a funny feeling after dealing with the sales folks. The reality is that these HVAC salesman were no different than car salesman- hustling folks and trying to get the job. The reality is that most of these sales guys can't even change a furnace air filter let alone install what they are trying to sell you. Mr. Joslin came to my house on time, was very respectful, honest and upfront with me. I respect that! He gave me a couple of options, all of which were better and more affordable than every other company. He was able to explain how everything worked leaving me feeling confident that I was making the right decision because hey, at the end of the day he's the guy selling and installing and knows what he's talking about. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, honestly and integrity- I appreciate you Nathan! I have since personally referred him to 5 family friends and 2 coworkers, all of which felt the same way. There is a reason for that and you don't come across people like him much anymore. I truly believe he's bringing honesty, professionalism and fair pricing back to the inflated (money grab) world we live in today. -He installed a gas line from my gas meter (installed by PSE) to my range. I passed inspection the first time and it's worked perfectly since. -He also installed a high efficiency HVAC system with air conditioning in my house which resulted in more comfort overall and a reduced PSE bill. Nathan came out to do a full assessment of our project the same day I called, and after one conversation I knew GreenFlow was the shop I wanted to work with. Nathan gave attention to every detail in the install of our new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler, from re-strapping ductwork for optimal airflow to post-install balancing, complete with a detailed report of air volume at every register and return. Integrating the existing fresh air intake on our 22 year old system involved a custom solution that Nathan integrated seamlessly. He took the time to test and demo everything for us and answer every question. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working perfectly. We ended up with a broader scope of work done and a better understanding of how our system works - at a better price than other shops quoted.

Nathan, at Green Flow, came to our rescue after a previous repair company dropped the ball. Our vent hood was damaged when debris from a new roof installation fell into it. Nathan gave us a fair quote for installing the new one, arrived on time, protected the countertops and floor where he was working, and efficiently installed the new hood. My air conditioner had been making awful noises and then quit working all together. I called Greenflow Heating & Cooling. they responded right away and sent Nathan Joslin to my house. I was surprised how quickly he arrived. He began by asking a few questions about how the air conditioner was working. I told him about noises and how and when it stopped working. He didn't waste any time, but got right down to business testing various things. He identified the problem right away and had the parts with him to fix it. The price he charged was very reasonable and much less than I feared it would be. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr Joslin to do repair work for me any time and highly recommend him and Greenflow Heating & Cooling.

My heat pump went out and Nate did the install of a new unit in one day. Everything works perfectly as it should. He does good work and makes sure everything is clean and tidy looking. Super friendly guy and was easy to talk to. Sounds like he’s been in the industry for about 20 years and if you’re contemplating him, give him a call, you won’t be let down.

Nate did a great job with our heat pump installation. My installation was challenging and required multiple trips with some unexpected surprises (none of which was his fault). Besides the great unit and professional installation, what stood out is he really how he handled each issue really well as they came up. Unplanned surprises are frustrating for everyone, but he was professional and transparent with me every step along the way, always committed to making sure the job got done correctly, and always followed thru on his word. He was easy to communicate with and after the job was done- he would follow up with me every few months to make sure things were working smoothly. I could really trust that I was in good hands, its hard to find people who put this level of dedication to their work. HVAC installs can be tricky, so it’s important to have a person you can trust who is both skilled and honest. Glad I worked with Nate, can't recommend him enough!
