1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or scheduling services with GreenFlow Heating & Cooling, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Scope of Services

GreenFlow Heating & Cooling provides residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, equipment replacement, and new system installations. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional labor, materials, or code-required upgrades discovered during service may result in revised pricing. Estimates are valid for a limited time and are not guaranteed until accepted in writing.

4. Deposits

Certain services, including equipment installations and special-order materials, require a deposit before work is scheduled. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

​

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur additional charges to cover labor and scheduling impacts.

6. Restocking Fees

Returned equipment or materials are subject to manufacturer and supplier restocking fees. These fees will be passed on to the customer and may range from 15% to 30% or more, depending on supplier policies.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, collection costs, and legal expenses. GreenFlow Heating & Cooling reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to equipment and work areas. GreenFlow Heating & Cooling is not responsible for delays or damages caused by unsafe conditions, pets, restricted access, or undisclosed site issues.

9. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply only to equipment supplied and installed by GreenFlow Heating & Cooling and are subject to manufacturer terms. Labor warranties, if offered, are limited to workmanship and do not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

GreenFlow Heating & Cooling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, property damage beyond the work area, or system failures due to pre-existing conditions.

11. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required, permits will be obtained unless otherwise stated. Work will be performed to applicable local and state codes. Customers are responsible for notifying us of HOA or property-specific requirements.

12. Website Use

All website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or technical advice. Unauthorized use or reproduction of website content is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

14. Changes to Terms
